DeAnne Pacheco, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
DeAnne Pacheco is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. DeAnne is originally from Albuquerque and has lived in Houston, Austin, and Kansas City. DeAnne attended University of Missouri – Kansas City and earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix. She started working at Sandia Hearing Aids in 2007 where she began her career in the hearing industry. She was drawn to the profession because she saw an opportunity to help the hearing impaired connect better to their world.
What DeAnne loves most about saving hearing lives is connecting with her patients and solving their hearing problems. She strives to have every patient leave the office better off than they were when they came in and feel like their needs have been taken care of.
Outside of saving hearing lives, DeAnne enjoys traveling, biking, yoga, and now learning the game of golf.

My name is Victoria Estrada and I am the Regional Admin Coordinator at Sandia Hearing Aids.
I have been fortunate enough to work for this great company for just about 20 years and in that time it has been a blessing to be a part of helping people hear better and reconnect with friends and loved ones every single day. Working so closely with so many patients has given me the oppurtunity to establish wonderful relationships which I truly appreciate.

Marlyn Sullivan, PSC
Patient Service Coordinator
Marlyn Sullivan is a Patient Services Coordinator at the Menaul and Westside location. She is originally from Garden Grove, CA and moved to Albuquerque, NM in 2005. Marlyn joined the hearing industry in 2018 and enjoys helping people hear better. She loves when a patient comes in needing help with bringing the hearing aid back to life with just a simple cleaning, adjustment or sending the hearing aid in for repair. It makes their day so much better.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Marlyn loves hobbies such as reading a good book, bowling, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
What Marlyn loves most about helping save hearing lives is that I can make a difference even if it is small in a person life. Outside of saving hearing lives, Marlyn loves hobbies such as helping the community through Cornerstone Apostolic Church, hiking, and spending time with my son.
