DeAnne Pacheco, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
DeAnne Pacheco is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. DeAnne is originally from Albuquerque and has lived in Houston, Austin, and Kansas City. DeAnne attended University of Missouri – Kansas City and earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix. She started working at Sandia Hearing Aids in 2007 where she began her career in the hearing industry. She was drawn to the profession because she saw an opportunity to help the hearing impaired connect better to their world.
What DeAnne loves most about saving hearing lives is connecting with her patients and solving their hearing problems. She strives to have every patient leave the office better off than they were when they came in and feel like their needs have been taken care of.
Outside of saving hearing lives, DeAnne enjoys traveling, biking, yoga, and now learning the game of golf.
Regional Admin Coordinator
My name is Victoria Estrada and I am the Regional Admin Coordinator at Sandia Hearing Aids.
I have been fortunate enough to work for this great company for just about 20 years and in that time it has been a blessing to be a part of helping people hear better and reconnect with friends and loved ones every single day. Working so closely with so many patients has given me the oppurtunity to establish wonderful relationships which I truly appreciate.

Patient Services Coordinator
Joyce Sanders is a Patient Service Coordinator in the New Mexico offices. She’s originally from the South and started working in the hearing industry part-time at the Cottonwood location around 2005. She now works all three locations in New Mexico as needed, but mostly at the Cottonwood and Santa Fe locations.
What drew her to the profession was a former employee who knew she was looking for a part-time position and referred her. She enjoyed working with the staff and clients so much that she never left. She resigned from her job working in the public school system to become full-time. She enjoys watching the clients and their family members’ reactions as they are able to hear better, have a better quality of life, as well as being able to communicate with their loved ones. She does her best to fulfill the company’s Core Values and implementing the 5 C’s of success.
She enjoys spending time with her family/friends, singing in the choir at her church, walking her German Shepherd, cooking, traveling, reading, watching old movies, and listening to music.
I’ve had hearing aids for about 5 years now. I’m on my second pair. I’ve had good service at Sandia hearing aids at Cottonwood mall and will continue to patronize this establishment. They’re very professional and courteous and it’s a pleasure to work with them.Rick Campbell, on Google
